A direct line to professional voice talent

VoiceBay is a pre-screened voice over artist directory built to remove the middleman from hiring voice talent. Producers, brands, studios, podcasters, e-learning teams and agencies use the platform to search a curated roster of professional voice artists by language, accent, gender, voice age and specialist skills, listen to showreels recorded in each artist's own studio, and then contact that artist directly.

Because contact happens between you and the voice artist, there are no platform fees, no agency commission and no booking bottlenecks. You agree scope, fee and delivery together, and you keep the relationship for the next project. Every artist on VoiceBay has applied for a profile and submitted an audition read, which is personally reviewed by a working professional who checks the performance, the recording quality and the studio setup before a profile goes live.

The directory is also a home for the artists themselves. Voice over performers can build a profile with showreels, credits, equipment details and testimonials, and upgrade to a premium listing for greater visibility across the directory and on the homepage.

VoiceBay is built and run by FlyVoiceovers, a team of working voice over artists and audio professionals who cast and produce voice work every day. The platform exists because good voices are easy to find but the right voice, and a straight conversation with them, is not.
